2. Intellectual Property

As long as the website is hosted and technically maintained by the Provider, the Provider retains ownership of the intellectual property rights and grants the Advertiser the right to use all elements accessible on the website, including but not limited to texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, website architecture, icons and audio files.

Should the Advertiser decide to host the website ire-miraditi.org with another hosting provider, the Advertiser shall become the owner of the intellectual property rights relating to all content available on the website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, website architecture, icons and audio files. However, the Advertiser does not acquire ownership of the technical solution developed by Phare Web to build the website ire-miraditi.org, and certain premium features may therefore no longer be available. The website will remain operational, but responsibility for future updates, maintenance and technical management shall rest solely with the Advertiser.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, of any element of the website by a third party, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of both the Advertiser and the Provider.

Any unauthorized use of the website or of any of its contents shall be considered an infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal proceedings in accordance with Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

3. Limitation of Liability

Neither the Provider nor the Advertiser shall be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the User's equipment while accessing the website ire-miraditi.org.

The Provider disclaims any responsibility for the use that may be made of the information and content available on ire-miraditi.org.

The Provider undertakes to implement appropriate security measures to protect the website ire-miraditi.org, however, the Provider cannot be held liable if unwanted data or malicious content is imported or installed on the website without its knowledge.
